We use these details to process and confirm orders, arrange delivery, send service emails, respond to complaints, maintain order records and protect our store from misuse.
Who receives it
Information needed for a delivery is shared with the delivery provider. Our hosting and email providers process information required to operate the website and send order updates. If additional payment methods are enabled, their providers process payment information according to their own terms. We do not sell customer contact lists.
Cookies and account data
The store uses essential cookies for the shopping bag, checkout and account sign-in. If you create an account, WordPress stores account and order information to provide that service. Our sales notification shows an aggregate count only; it does not publish customer names, emails or addresses.
Keeping and protecting records
We keep order and support records for operating the store and meeting applicable obligations. Access to order and complaint details is restricted to authorised staff. Order tracking requires the order number and checkout email.
