Confirmation and dispatch
Our team reviews your order before confirming it. You will receive a confirmation email, and a further update when your parcel is marked as shipped. Dispatch and delivery timing depend on item availability, destination and the courier.
Track your parcel
Visit Track Your Order using your order number and checkout email. Once available, the page shows the courier name, consignment number and courier tracking link. Courier scan updates depend on the courier’s own system.
Delivery issues
If an address needs correcting, a parcel is delayed or a delivery attempt is missed, contact 03421111550 with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
